TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRING DYNAMIC BEATS MOBILE DJ'S

 

 

DJ’S WILL NEED ACCESS TO THE VENUE APPROXIMATELY 1 HOUR BEFORE EVENT START TIME. PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE CHECKED WITH VENUE STAFF THAT THIS IS POSSIBLE.

 

ACCESS TO THE VENUE MUST BE CLEAR AND FREE FROM OBSTRUCTIONS.

 

IF THE VENUE IS NOT GROUND FLOOR LEVEL PLEASE STATE THIS AT BOOKING.

 

IF OUR VEHICLE IS NOT ALLOWED CLOSE TO THE ENTRANCE, PLEASE STATE THIS ALSO AT BOOKING.

 

SOFT DRINKS MUST BE AVAILABLE TO OUR DJ’S THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT.

  

 

THE PARTY ORGANISER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING THEIR GUESTS IN AN ORDERLY FASHION.

 

ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY A GUEST TO THE DJ EQUIPMENT IS TO BE PAID FOR BY THE PARTY ORGANISER.

 

ANY VERBAL OR PHYSICAL ABUSE TO DYNAMIC BEATS DJ’S AND STAFF WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION OF THE EVENT WITH THE DJ’S BEING PAID IN FULL AND IN SEVERE CASES THE POLICE WILL BE CALLED.

 

NO GUESTS ARE ALLOWED BEHIND THE DJ SET UP UNLESS INVITED TO DO SO.

 

NO PURSES/WALLETS OR BAGS ARE TO BE LEFT WITH THE DJ,S AT ANY TIME. WE ARE NOT A CLOAKROOM SERVICE.

 

NO DRINKS OR BAGS ARE TO BE LEFT ON OUR STAND OR OUR LOWER SPEAKERS. 

 

 DEPOSIT REQUIRED AT TIME OF BOOKING 25%-50% DEPENDING ON VALUE OF THE SERVICE.

 

CANCELLATION NOTICE MUST BE GIVEN TO US 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT TO AVOID A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.
